Selected Quranic verses

﴿ وَإِن يَرَوۡاْ كِسۡفٗا مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ سَاقِطٗا يَقُولُواْ سَحَابٞ مَّرۡكُومٞ ﴾

44. And if they were to see a piece of the heaven...

﴿ وَرَبُّكَ يَعۡلَمُ مَا تُكِنُّ صُدُورُهُمۡ وَمَا يُعۡلِنُونَ ﴾

And your Lord knows what their breasts conceal and...

﴿ إِذۡ يُغَشِّيكُمُ ٱلنُّعَاسَ أَمَنَةٗ مِّنۡهُ وَيُنَزِّلُ عَلَيۡكُم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءٗ لِّيُطَ... ﴾

[Remember] when He caused drowsiness to overcome y...

﴿ وَٱلۡقُرۡءَانِ ٱلۡحَكِيمِ ﴾

By the wise[1261] Qur’ān,

﴿ ثُمَّ ٱسۡتَوَىٰٓ إِلَى ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَهِيَ دُخَانٞ فَقَالَ لَهَا وَلِلۡأَرۡضِ ٱئۡتِيَا طَوۡعًا أَوۡ ك... ﴾

Then He turned to the heaven when it was all smoke...

﴿ وَأَنَا ٱخۡتَرۡتُكَ فَٱسۡتَمِعۡ لِمَا يُوحَىٰٓ ﴾

I have chosen you, so listen to what is being reve...

﴿ ٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَدِيدُ ٱلۡعِقَابِ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ ﴾

98. Know that Allâh is Severe in punishment and th...

﴿ ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقُونَ وَٱلۡمُنَٰفِقَٰتُ بَعۡضُهُم مِّنۢ بَعۡضٖۚ يَأۡمُرُونَ بِٱلۡمُنكَرِ وَيَنۡهَوۡنَ عَنِ... ﴾

The hypocrite men and hypocrite women are of one a...

﴿ وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِي ٱشۡتَرَىٰهُ مِن مِّصۡرَ لِٱمۡرَأَتِهِۦٓ أَكۡرِمِي مَثۡوَىٰهُ عَسَىٰٓ أَن يَنفَعَنَآ... ﴾

21. And he (the man) from Egypt who bought him, sa...

﴿ فَٱسۡجُدُواْۤ لِلَّهِۤ وَٱعۡبُدُواْ۩ ﴾

So prostrate to Allāh and worship [Him].

﴿ قَالُوٓاْ ءَامَنَّا بِرَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ ﴾
