Selected Quranic verses

﴿ وَلَوۡ نَشَآءُ لَأَرَيۡنَٰكَهُمۡ فَلَعَرَفۡتَهُم بِسِيمَٰهُمۡۚ وَلَتَعۡرِفَنَّهُمۡ فِي لَحۡنِ ٱلۡقَ... ﴾

If We willed, We could show them to you [O Prophet...

﴿ إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡوَقۡتِ ٱلۡمَعۡلُومِ ﴾

until the Day of the appointed time.”

﴿ نٓۚ وَٱلۡقَلَمِ وَمَا يَسۡطُرُونَ ﴾

Nūn[1]. By the pen and what they [i.e., the angels...

﴿ وَيُسَبِّحُ ٱلرَّعۡدُ بِحَمۡدِهِۦ وَٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ مِنۡ خِيفَتِهِۦ وَيُرۡسِلُ ٱلصَّوَٰعِقَ فَيُصِيب... ﴾

And the thunder exalts [Allāh] with praise of Him...

﴿ أَمَّنۡ هَٰذَا ٱلَّذِي هُوَ جُندٞ لَّكُمۡ يَنصُرُكُم مِّن دُونِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِۚ إِنِ ٱلۡكَٰفِرُونَ إِل... ﴾

Which is your army that can come to your aid again...

﴿ ۞ وَقَالَ ٱللَّهُ لَا تَتَّخِذُوٓاْ إِلَٰهَيۡنِ ٱثۡنَيۡنِۖ إِنَّمَا هُوَ إِلَٰهٞ وَٰحِدٞ فَإِيَّٰيَ... ﴾

And Allāh has said, "Do not take for yourselves tw...

﴿ أَجَعَلَ ٱلۡأٓلِهَةَ إِلَٰهٗا وَٰحِدًاۖ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَشَيۡءٌ عُجَابٞ ﴾

5. "Has he made the âlihah (gods) (all) into One I...

﴿ أَوَلَمۡ يَرَوۡاْ أَنَّا خَلَقۡنَا لَهُم مِّمَّا عَمِلَتۡ أَيۡدِينَآ أَنۡعَٰمٗا فَهُمۡ لَهَا مَٰلِك... ﴾

71. Do they not see that We have created for them...

﴿ إِنَّا لَمُغۡرَمُونَ ﴾

66. (Saying): "We are indeed Mughramûn (i.e. ruine...

﴿ فَذَٰلِكُمُ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّكُمُ ٱلۡحَقُّۖ فَمَاذَا بَعۡدَ ٱلۡحَقِّ إِلَّا ٱلضَّلَٰلُۖ فَأَنَّىٰ تُصۡرَ... ﴾

For that is Allāh, your Lord, the Truth. And what...

﴿ وَجَعَلۡنَا ٱلنَّهَارَ مَعَاشٗا ﴾

11. And We have made the day for livelihood.

﴿ وَأَصۡحَٰبُ مَدۡيَنَۖ وَكُذِّبَ مُوسَىٰۖ فَأَمۡلَيۡتُ لِلۡكَٰفِرِينَ ثُمَّ أَخَذۡتُهُمۡۖ فَكَيۡفَ كَ... ﴾

And the inhabitants of Madyan. And Moses was denie...
